TWOS Fellowship Schedule

Dear Sisters & Ladies,

Sorry to inform those of you who are regular at our monthly Saturday TWOS Fellowship that the Saturday fellowship will be temporarily suspended for 2008 or till further notice.

The reason being that I have to work on almost every Saturday (full day) for the next few months and I couldn't find any sister/lady willing to lead the Saturday TWOS Fellowship at the moment. If any of you feel led to lead the Saturday TWOS Fellowship, kindly let me know so that the meetings can be resumed earlier.

On a more positive note, our Sunday TWOS Fellowship will be conducted monthly on:
Day: 1st Sunday of the month (subject to changes)

Time: 2 pm to 3.30 pm or 4 pm (if we have invited speaker)

Venue: Alfa & Omega, 159 Sin Ming Road, #02-02, Amtech Bldg

Kindly view our TWOS calendar (on the right sidebar of this blog) for the latest update on TWOS Fellowship and events.

See you soon!

3rd Sunday TWOS Fellowship

Thank God that the number of ladies attending each Sunday TWOS Fellowship is growing....

We had only 5 ladies attending our 1st Sunday TWOS Fellowship held in Jan 08, which was already great... for Jesus said in Matthew 18: 20, "For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."
(Present: Dorothy, Patricia, Jyanthi, Mrs Ellan and Betty)

We had 6 ladies joining our 2nd Sunday TWOS Fellowship held in Mar 08. The ladies had a great time sharing something deep within their hearts.
(Present: Margaret, Jennifer, Cynthia, Mrs Ellan, Betsy, Betty)

Our 3rd Sunday TWOS Fellowship was held last week with 11 ladies, including the speaker, Dr Leah. See the 'evidence below'. *grin*
(Present: Dr Leah, Grace, Amelia, Linda, Tresa, Maryaan, Del, Cynthia, Mrs Ellan, Betsy, Betty)

The following is an account of Dr Leah's message recorded by sister Tresa:

Speaker: Leah Rentz-Hemphill at TWOs meeting on Sunday, 6 Apr 08

Background setting: 11 ladies present, including the Speaker, Dr Leah.

As Maryanne read from Genesis 16......, Leah with her veil over her head, enacted scene in which u saishe, as Hagar, met the angel of the Lord at a spring, after her escape from Sarah (her mistress).
At the spring, Hagar said "I have now seen the One who sees me."

Leah's word from the Lord in 2008: To tell His daughters (Christian ladies), "Daughters Meet Me at the Well."

What an impact and blessing we ladies received that afternoon!
DESTINY, TRANSFORMATION, STRENGTH FOR DAYS AHEAD AWAITS YOU!!!

Question: What is it in you that's keeping you from coming to me? Put aside whatever you have been through, "Come, daughter, and I WILL meet you at the well.....if you will purposefully and intentionally come to the well to meet me daily. I have a destiny for you on the earth, a purpose, a plan for you; I will alter your life and you will never be the same again."

Women in the Bible, whose encounter with God at their well/s and how it altered their lives :

Hagar First time, the Lord comforted her and told her to return to her mistress. HE also gave her the name, Ishmael, for her son in her womb.

Second time, the Lord heard her son's cries and opened Hagar's eyes to a well so she could get water for her son and to continue their journey to Egypt.(Gen21). Sadly, unlike the other women, Hagar, whospoke to the angel of the Lord, never ever knew the Lord personally and eventually took a wife from Egypt for her son; the beginning of the Arab world.

Rebekah She met Abraham's servant, who was looking for a wife for Abraham's son and she eventually became Isaac's wife.(Gen 24)

Samaritan woman Jesus gave her living water for a lifetime (John 4)

Rachel She met Jacob at the well. Not only was her life affected, it affected Leah's life. Leah(meaning wild cow) was a secondary woman, not the chosen one, yet she became the mother of Judah which became the lineage from which Jesus was born. (Gen 29)

Do you ever feel secondary to another or be made to feel inferior? Remember God sees each of us through His eyes.

U want to see a miracle? Look in the mirror...there's the miracle...You!.... a child of God.God DOES NOT consult our past to determine our future. HE CHOOSES US!

Meet the Lord at the well anytime of the day. It need not require fasting, beating up yourself ; Hagar met the Lord in the wilderness, the Samaritan woman came in the middle of the day to do her regular chore of collecting water and so did Rachel, Rebekah.

All you have to do is to PURPOSE yourself to meet Him and He will meet and transform you.You need to know what is in God's heart for you these days, come to His well.

The Lord is constantly transforming us in our walk with Him. do not put your hand to cap the well.

The time is near, the end is coming, God needs his daughters to stand beside other daughters and men to be equipped to expand His territory. We have been bought at a price; live to do His will now.

Take note:
- First evangelist was the Samaritan woman who went out to the city to tell the people (everyone including Jews and those who looked down on her) about the Messiah she met at the well . The People came out to hear and they believed. She changed the city with her evangelism

- First woman to see Jesus after His resurrection was Mary Magdalene.

- Jesus, came to the earth, from the womb of a woman

So God is calling his daughters from street corners, hilltops, valleys, mansions, church buildings, across the nations to expand His kingdom.

Sometimes, we may face a situation of to whom u have to submit ; your husband or God. Pray always that the Lord will in us (both husband and wife) to do His will with the least of conflict.

SO, DAUGHTERS, PURPOSEFULLY CHOOSE TO MEET THE LORD AT THE WELL, EVERYDAY. Only He can strengthen you, give you the courage, equip you, to prepare for the days ahead.
